When you are not with the body you are not alive.  Breathe and go home to our body. A body is a wonder.

Breathing in I am aware that I have a body. Breathing out I smile to my body which is a wonder. With my body I can walk on earth and enjoy the beauty of the earth.

Thich Nhat Hanh from Interview
with Jo Confino, 2013

...Compassionate listening is a wonderful practice. If you can listen to the other person compassionately for one hour then you can help the other person suffer a lot less in an hour … you listen to him or her with only one purpose: that is to help him or her  empty their heart and suffer less.
