Supporting this experiential journey is the medical foundation guided by Dr. Samone Zarabi, Lifestyle Medicine Physician, who brings scientific precision and safety to the process:

  • Before the Retreat (Optional): Blood work, diagnostic scans, and a one-to-one assessment (online or in Athens).

Healing unfolds through movement, awareness, and emotional integration. Daily practices with Vivi Letsou reconnect the physical body with its inner
intelligence through yoga, mindful movement, and somatic alignment.


At the same time, Katerina Powell offers trauma-informed emotional healing
through EMDR and Internal Family Systems sessions. Her approach allows participants to gently process stored emotions, release tension, and cultivate nervous system resilience — deepening the impact of the embodied work.


Together, these practices bridge body and psyche, allowing transformation to root deeply and sustainably.

A Day in the Life — The Rhythm of Transformation

Each day follows a mindful rhythm designed to restore, clear, and awaken. Every practice builds upon the next — from silence to movement, nourishment to insight, and rest to renewal.

7:00 AM – Silent Morning Practice

Begin the day in noble silence. Join a guided meditation or mindful walking practice inspired by Plum Village traditions. Reconnect with breath, land, and presence before the day unfolds.

8:00 AM – Morning Tea & Macrobiotic Snack

A gentle start with warming teas and light grains to awaken digestion and energy.

9:00 AM – Embodied Movement / Abhaya Yoga Guided by Vivi Letsou

Through breath, alignment, and flow, participants clear stored tension and open channels of energy and trust. This is where clearing becomes transformation — and empowerment takes root.

11:30 AM – Healing Meal & Rest

A vibrant macrobiotic meal prepared by Chef Stavros Karagilanis, balancing nourishment, mindfulness, and education. Followed by time for reflection, journaling, or rest in nature.

3:00 PM – Lifestyle Medicine & Personalized Support

Interactive talks and private sessions with Dr. Samone Zarabi on the science of longevity and balance — including the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, personalized assessments, and follow-up consultations.

(Two afternoons are dedicated to deep-tissue massage and two to sound- therapy sessions.)

4:00 PM – Sharing Circle — Process Work

Gentle guided sharing with Vivi and the facilitators to integrate daily insights and embody new understandings.

6:30 PM – Dinner in Community

An evening macrobiotic meal shared in awareness and quiet conversation — integrating the day’s learning through mindful nourishment.

8:00–9:00 PM – Deep Relaxation & Sound Healing

Close the day with guided relaxation, meditation, or immersive sound therapy with Simon Huskisson. Vibration, frequency, and breath merge into profound release — breaking long-held patterns of tension and fatigue.

Throughout the Week – Sharing Circles & Integration

Daily or evening circles offer space for reflection and connection, where what has been cleared becomes understanding and what has been understood becomes peace.

Program Costs & Package

Our Holistic Medicine Retreat is offered with a minimum stay of 4 nights/5 days. Each package includes:

  • Accommodation in premium rooms
  • Daily macrobiotic vegetarian/vegan meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Daily restorative yoga, meditation, and embodiment practices
  • Initial medical assessment and personalized plan
  • 1 daily treatment session (deep tissue massage or Tibetan sound bowl healing)
  • Full use of Zen Rocks facilities (pool, practice areas, gardens)
  • Pre & Post retreat consultation
