Acceptance into a Zen Rocks program is subject to the following:
Admission is at the sole discretion of Zen Rocks. At a rare case when Zen Rocks may have to refuse admission to a retreat program before commencement of the retreat and on any grounds, all monies paid will be refunded minus bank handling fees. After commencement of the retreat, our cancellation policy will be applied.
All prices and payments are in Euro. Your net payment to Zen Rocks needs to be the price that is listed for your program. All bank, paypal, & related transaction charges are the guests’ responsibility.
When paying you will be offered two ways of transferring funds:
Via PAYPAL / Bank Wire Transfer
Should a booking be cancelled, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded having acknowledged the cancellation. If you cancel your retreat:
In the event that a refund is warranted, as an exception and subject to acceptance by Zen Rocks, the amount of the deemed refund will be returned minus bank charges and/or PayPal transaction fees, plus a 50€ Zen Rocks handling fee.
If you fail to join the retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no deduction to the price or refund will be made.
In the event Zen Rocks needs to cancel a retreat due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be given minus the banking fees, or a retreat voucher for future use. If we need to cancel for the safety of our guests, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, fire, no refund will be given.

Without limitation, Zen Rocks, is not responsible or liable for bodily injury, death, delays, changes or losses caused by, but not limited to acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, pandemics, accidents or any other events beyond or within our control; guests’ injuries, illnesses, medical nor psychiatric conditions developed during nor subsequent to the holiday; loss of/or damage to personal property of guests.
In consideration for my participation in the fitness activities at Zen Rocks Mani, I legally bind myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, and hereby wave, fully and finally any causes of action or claims against Zen Rocks along with its owners, directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders, representatives, agents and assignees from any damage of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to any personal injuries incurred by the undersigned patron, user/subscriber/member of the Zen Rocks, directly or indirectly resulting from participating in the services and/or activities undertaken at Zen Rocks, as well as any personal injury sustained by the undersigned patron’ s presence on the real property of Zen Rocks Whether or not participating in or utilizing the services and/or activities of Zen Rocks.
I understand that from time to time during classes at Zen Rocks, instructors may physically adjust students’ form when making yoga postures. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class or session I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do not wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation at Zen Rocks activities. I have read and understand the above policies.
You will be sent a link to a personalized Wellness Questionnaire shortly after your registration. The information provided will enable your teachers to offer you the safest and most appropriate practice for your current level of health and fitness. The Wellness Questionnaire form is a prerequisite to your stay and attendance is subject to the completion of this form, so please ensure you complete it as soon as you receive the link. Based on information provided in the Wellness Questionnaire, you may be required to submit medical documentation to support that you are fit and healthy to participate in this retreat. Please note that our minimum age requirement is 18 years of age and we have no maximum age requirement. In the Wellness Questionnaire you will have a chance to let us know about your preferences in regards to physical adjustments, and the use of your image in photos/videos taken while at Zen Rocks.
Zen Rocks serves Vegetarian and Vegan meals. In your wellness questionnaire you will be asked to note any dietary restrictions.
We kindly ask for your understanding with the fact that Zen Rocks offers general Vegetarian meals with Vegan options, and that you will be responsible for caring for your own special needs in regards to your specific dietary needs while at Zen Rocks unless otherwise agreed.
It is important to note that you may not allowed to bring any meat, fish, poultry products to Zen Rocks. We appreciate your understanding on food & alcohol sensitive issues.
Most retreats offer herbal water, teas, and filter coffee as beverages.
Other coffee options available at a charge. In some retreats there may be an option for a glass of wine at dinner, according to the teacher’s discretion & program content of the week. Under no circumstances do we encourage/ allow consumption of copious amounts of alcohol. Please understand that you may be asked to leave the retreat, if your stay does not accord with Zen Rocks protocol, without possibility for a refund
It is strongly recommended that you obtain your own full travel insurance to cover your trip, to cover cancellations or loss of items and medical expenses. We will not be liable for your travel, any loss or damages incurred through circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We also strongly recommend your insurance should cover cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property nor any medical condition, which may develop during or after your holiday. Your travel insurance should cover these and any other contingencies. Whilst all reasonable measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by nature or the environment.
We will try and ensure that the program set for the year will remain as such, however if for any reason a teacher becomes unavailable, we shall replace her/him with an equally suitable teacher. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any alterations to the schedule once booked.
Zen Rocks takes all necessary precautions in order to provide a safe, Covid-Free environment. Requirements in terms of Covid Testing on your part may change in accordance to the latest Government regulations.
As of today, in accordance with current regulations we ask that you:Kindly bring your own Self Test and perform the test on location upon arrival at our reception.Please let us know ahead of time, if you would like us to supply you with one, the cost will be: 15€.
Zen Rocks has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Zen Rocks Team & Guest Teachers cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending a Zen Rocks program. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during a Zen Rocks program may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Zen Rocks staff, guest teachers, employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families and I am willingly holding the above harmless.
We reserve the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to be familiar with them prior to booking with us. The latest terms and conditions can always be found above and will supersede any previous versions.
